How I did it: I used the fortune cookie I recipe on allrecipes. com with a couple of changes (added a bit of almond extract and water, and cooked at a lower temperature for longer.)
The hardest part is picking the fortunes...for this batch, I made some naughty fortunes ;)
There are tons of videos that show how to fold them and several methods...choose the one that works best for you!

Lessons & tips: Be patient...I made quite a few before figuring it out.
I still have lots of room to improve, so don't be dissapointed if they aren't perfect on your first try.
