How to clear my desk in one week
"well, pretty much cleared (hard to define... - got it down to one neat pile of "to do" stuff")"
How I did it: Made 3 new folders - 1. NOW, 2. To-do, and 3. Follow up, on the desk,
AND 3 more folders - 1. meetings, 2. reading material and 3. INFO - in the closet.
Put everything into one of the cattegories, and BINGO (mostly) clear desk.
Lessons & tips: Gotta get the GTD system down. What I've done is partial and temporary relief...
