How to week 1 - nail the spend analysis by john_swale

"I was glad I did something I should have gotten right from the very start."

How I did it: I just made sure I checked that I'd not missed anything and checked everything again. Still missed stuff though - but none of it was the actual data - only one slip up there as I forgot to remove one shopping cart. The other two mistakes we little formatting errors.

The messed up thing is that it's not tough and doing it once a month I've got like four or five more to do and then I have to train and hand it over.
But this document goes to the board apparently and shows them what we spend one non merchandise stuff and it's shit loads it's honestly 99% of our spend; and we're a big company.

Lessons & tips: Come to my office and watch me that's the only way you'll learn the secret of the mighty spend analysis.
