How I did it: I can't knit, I mean respect to the little old ladies because that shit is hard. I only had 3 months to complete my mission so I did some internet research and found a product called knit quick which is basically a knitting loom, it worked perfectly and was way faster then knitting. Basically I just followed a pattern I found on http://www.doctorwhoscarf.com/ and they have some great recommendations for yarn choice.
Lessons & tips: Try to use natural wool fiber if you can afford it, that is my one major regret.
Don't be too ambitious with your time. That is what a scarf is, loads of time. I watched 15 hours of David Attenborough videos for my online bio class and that really helped with the scarf progress.

Sort of.I did use the season 14 pattern but my stitches were much bigger then the pattern and I’m shorter then Tom Baker so its like 2/3.
