How to grow my hair out
How I did it: patience, patience and PATIENCEI never let people persuade me to get it cut. Not even the tips. It's just not true that your hair will stop growing if you don't cut the tips. Mine is the prove.
Lessons & tips: I used standard shampoo for years on end - but the best for beautiful and healthy hair is LUSH solid shampoos.Remember not to wash your hair too often, use a shampoo without silicons.Be careful brushing your hair, don't pull. Remember: Divide and conquer. Only one strand a time, brush first the tips, move slowly upwards till you brush from the top to the tips.Braid your hair for the night. This way it will not get tangled while you sleep and you will have fewer strokes to brush.Use hairbands without the metal pieces, they ruin your hair when you pull them off.Keep your hair braided, in a ponytail or even in a dutt most of the time, especially in windy weather, while doing sports or beeing in crowds.
