How to eat healthier

How I did it: Largely using the internet, I looked up tips for eating healthier and recorded things I ate using caloriecount.about.com, which rates the foods you eat and analyzes various parts of your diet, including your vitamin intakes and other essential parts of a well rounded diet, like carbs, fats, protein, fiber, and so on. I also had a good base from my parents who have always taught me the basics of healthy, well-rounded eating.
Lessons & tips: Do your research and record what you eat! When you get discouraged, think of how much better you'll feel getting the nutrients your body needs and getting junk out of your system.
