How to learn yoga by racsgirl

"Great - totally worth it!"

How I did it: I learned some basic poses through the video "Yoga for Dummies."  Yeah, I know.  But the instructor was great, and it goes over the most common poses in a lot of detail.  I did yoga videos at home for awhile, only occasionally trying a class at the gym.  About six weeks ago, I took my first class at a real studio.  I've been attending weekly since then, and I absolutely love it!  I'm hooked for life.

Lessons & tips: Go to a real studio.

Studios dedicated just to yoga are soooo much better than when gyms run classes.
