How to quit Smoking
"it is the best thing you can give yourself"
How I did it: Start a friday evening : go to bed.
Next day, don't smoke. All day. Don't do anything, stay in. Read, distract yourself, do things you never did. Go to bed early.
Next day, same thing.
You'll feel like shit, but it's worth it.
Next day, go to work, and go slowly though your day. Don't do much: these are wasted days anyway.
By the 4th day, you're fine, you're just making excuses, so get over it.
Get going with your life and enjoy the fresh air.
