"It really sucked but at least I feel on track now"
How I did it: I went through the whole house and car and gathered all of the strewn about pieces of paper that demanded money.
I then ordered them in chronological order of which is due first.
I found that some were overdue, some due in this pay cycle and some due in the next pay cycle.
I took the biggest hit on that 1st day and paid all that were over due and all that were due in that pay cycle, but also put away half the money for each bill due in the next pay cycle.
The next time I got paid I was able to add the other half of the money and pay the rest of the bills.
I now put aside money for each expense regularly eg. if i get a bill that needs to be paid in a months time and I get paid fortnightly I put away half of the amount to be paid in the first pay cycle and then the other half in the 2nd pay cycle
