How I did it: 1) Realized i should stop saying sorry as a filler/ nervous release
2) Realized i dont have to explain or justify my self to people
3) Changed my attitude to how it use to be before i always said sorry.... ( WHICH WAS YEARS AGO ) feels good to be me again
++ Also i think some things that happened in my life really took the " i am sorry" out of me .
Lessons & tips: People always use to tell me i said sorry to much . I use to think it was just a habit and didn't really matter.
Resources: No one really helped me. It was just a habit i had to over come.
