How I did it: I researched happiness commandments on-line, read other peoples ideas hoping to borrow some suggestions.
I also read a book of sayings thinking that there would be some wisdom in there. I brainstormed for several days for some of the saying and ideas that felt right. I then did nothing with this goal for several months and let the ideas churn in the back of my head.
After 5 moths of work, I finally pulled them together. It took only 3 words.
Healthy, happy, curious.
Lessons & tips: Get some ideas of other peoples happiness commandments, write down ones you like. sift through them. Then sleep on it.
Eventually, you need to get it down to something that feels right. Mine is not perfect, but perfection is not on my list.
Resources: The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin (the book is highly recommended).
