How to january's 30 days Challenge - Not to check Facebook account till 1 month
How I did it: 30 days challenge is populariesed my the maverick Guru Steve Pavlina. You take one part of life and focused for just 30 days to change or improve it. I have became FB junky in 2011 and used spend around 7 to 8 hours in a week on FB. Most of the time used to be spent in wasteful comments and in checking out in wats going in other's life. i used to spend significant time in office on FB. Hence i put 30 days challenge of not checking FB in front of me.
I changed my password and put a random password which i forgot instantly. and then i just forgot about FB. I putting more attention on my work and other part of life and finally i did it!!!
Lessons & tips: 1) First understand how much time you spend on FB or another junk stuff
2) Understand significance of those hours (ex. i used to spent around 8 hours, these time are enough to complete my pending work or get 1 hour sleep more everyday)
3) Just Do It !!! (remember, this is not as difficult as running 40 km Marathon or living without job or money!!!)
