How to stop eating fast food
How I did it: It's a basic survival skill. Learn to prepare non toxic food in order to function and live until tomorrow, where you must repeat the process or eat what you have already prepared in advance.
It's not rocket science.
Step 1. Buy beef 2. Prepare beef the way you like it to taste 3. Cook to prevent infectious microbials 4. Cool until non burning 5. Eat 6. Store remaining beef in insulated box below 5'c or colder 7. Reheat only what you will eat immediately.
Lessons & tips: Knock-off recipes online provide you with the option to avoid wasting time getting dressed (depending on what your cooking) or waiting in line with people you wouldn't want to admit exist let alone have something in common with.
