How to quit Smoking
How I did it: Decided I wanted to quit, imagined mentally and finally did it. It was difficult but not impossible. i thought this task will kill my bad habit and I can move on to another task. But remember guys, stay away from fucking smokers.. Remember u should have will power to do it. a strong will power. If you achieve this then u can achieve many things in future.
Lessons & tips: Smoking is an addiction and it is not easy to stop suddenly. They say
when u r facing problem, stress smoke it and once u do that u r addicted
to it. But when u decide to quit, first u should be mentally prepare
for it and imagine 1 day, 1 week, 1 month without smoking.. remember
this is test of u r will power. once u do that u r will power will
increase and u r self respect also. So people just do it....
