How I did it: I made a photo book online for my mama's birthday gift. It was hard to find enough photos. I would say the first step is to take lots of pictures and have an organized system for storing them so that they are easy to add to your book. It was also stressful to meet the deadline so that she would get it on time, but it helped the process not take more than an month.

• Have a system for organizing and storing photos
• Use an online photo book if you're in a crunch for time
• Work on it a little at a time - don't try to get it all done at once
