How to run a 6:30 mile
How I did it: I had already built up but if I hadn't I would have built up.
Day 1- Run a comfortable mile. Don't stress your self out. Check what your time was and don't worry if it is really (10+ Minutes)
Day 2- Depending on your time yesterday and how comfortable your run was yesterday try to cut down 15-100 seconds and don't run to burn out.
Day 3-10- Keep doing this trying to cut down 10 seconds
Day 11-X(depends on you)- Point X is when you reach 7 minute mile. You could be burned out at this point.
Day X-X+10- If you cut down the 3 seconds a day then congrats. You just hit a 6:30 mile.
