How to give blood by Miss_Saliha

How I did it: I just mustered up all my courage and just signed up at my college. I waitied a whole semester to do it because I thought you had to be 18, but it turns out its 16 in most places with parental consent :) even so, it would have still been a hassle to get my parents to sign the consent form so I just waited for the spring semester blood drive!

Lessons & tips: Don't be nervous even though its your first time. The phlebotomists make you feel really comfortable and everyone will be kind!
