How to eat healthier
How I did it: I hardly ever eat any meat now and If I do it's chicken or turkey. I don't eat much dairy outside of Greek yogurt. Most of what I eat is organic and Spinach is my best friend now. It has been a gradual process, but I feel so much better now. My energy level is much higher and I am able to exercise more. I aslo recommend using egg beaters instead of real eggs. My cholesterol has gone way down.
Lessons & tips: Don't give up what you love, but modify it. Use healthy, organic ingredients and substitute the fat in baking with applesauce or yogurt, Greek yogurt for sour cream and so on. Try to stay away from sugar as much as possible. Soy instead of Dairy milk is really good for you!
