How to get more sleep
How I did it: At first I just struggled to go to bed earlier. It didn't always work. Then I decided to start having a set bed time and a set waking time. At first I balked at this self-imposed restriction. As I gradually became more agreeable with myself about going to bed at the same time each night, I noticed that I was able to wake up more easily and felt less tired throughout the day.
