How to get rid of depression

Comments:

Wow

I was originally online to learn how to sew. I am trying to find a creative outlet for my life and a way to provide for my family. I started using when i was very young. That ultimately became my life. I was clinically diagnosed as being depressed but was never treated for it. I only self medicated. I am now ready to change my life. Your story really inspired me to do just that. Thank You!!!!!

I am happy if I can help others in someway, I don’t even know you but I am really glad if you took the decision to change your life. It is hard and it takes time, but life is worth to live it, totally!

After I decided to do different things, I learned so many new things about life that changed my whole existence and my point of view of everything as well. Life is not a prison; always think nice about yourself, just thinking is magic, believe it. Also keep going on and find yourself. The solution is inside you and in the beauty around you, even if you don’t see it so much now days:)

About sewing, I would also like to learn how to do it, I know how to knit but i don’t know how to sew. :P lets see if we can find some useful tips here.

I have had depression since as long as I can remember,I was diagnosed at 13 and I am so grateful for your honesty, most people act like you can get rid of it completely, but from the way you write I get the feeling that you are aware that there is prevention, not complete cure.I am so happy you found your freedom, hopefully now I can stop my pain too.hugs

Hi there!

I feel so glad when I get to know that my experience can help others who are going through the same thing. I hope you find the way out of this state of life soon, I think it is mainly finding yourself and really knowing that everything is o.k (and potencialy better).

Getting rid of depression may take a lot of time but you wont regret when you feel more peaceful and calm; life becomes totally worth of living, actually you can do more than you ever imagined! You are totally right, we always have buttons doing some preassure but our challenge is to learn to listen and tame ourselves. We all have this wonderful hability to find our own frecuence, even deep inside.

I am not a super-woman, but now it is easier to deal with everyday issues and I enjoy myself in the process. Never give up, just open your senses to yourself and to the nice things of the world.

Loads of hugs!!!
real sunday hugs :)
