How to lose 15 pounds
How I did it: I'm not going to gain this back so fad diets aren't for me. I'm not doing something that I can't keep up with for life, and that means I couldn't make any food off limits to myself. If it fits in my calories, and I crave it, I can have it. But that said: everything in moderation.
This is forever and all it took was eating less and exercising more. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I don't exercise like crazy but I try to squeeze in half an hour to an hour a day sometimes it's just walking on lunch, but it is better than nothing. I thought it was going to be hard to eat less calories, but after starting to log my meals into myfitnesspal.com I was able to make small changes in what I eat and how much and I'm not hungry all the time. For me it was just a matter of trying to make a change.
Lessons & tips: No one way will work for every person, and I tried a lot of things before this that just didn't work for me. Just find what you need to do to make the change in your body and keep it up. If it stops working, try something else.
