Great Job

Thanks for such a detailed how you did it. You make some really great points here. Is there a difference between regular P90X and P90X Lean?

camachoborracho is taking it one hour at a time

Thanks!

Basically regular (aka “Classic”) P90X is more intensive, while leans is less intense. Leans also focuses more on aerobic/cardio as opposed to strength training. For example, there’s no plyo (which made me puke the first time I did it) in leans but instead has cardio x which is like a sample platter of yoga x, plyo, core synergetics & kenpo x, plus a lot shorter. Also I think the leg workouts are a lot less often as those are pretty intensive.

Think of leans as more of an introduction for P90X if you can’t do the regular kind OR if you do what I do and keep your eating habits on phase 1 it’s better for weight loss in terms of reducing calories, eating protein and doing more aerobic as my goal for this round was fat loss. Hope that helps? Good luck! – Ian
