How to lose 20 lbs
How I did it: I stopped eating sugar, bread or fast food. I stopped eating late at night. I DID NOT starve myself. I only ate a reasonable amount of healty things and if i got really hungry, i kept myself going with an apple or a cucumber or something as such with low calories.
Lessons & tips: The most important thing is to keep yourself motivated. "It's just one chocolate bar" is NOT something you can say to yourself. That's how it starts. Keep yourself motivated and work towards your goal.
