How to become Vegetarian for a week by BlackWidow

"It was really easy for me, but some people in my family weren't so happy. Some were super supportive."

How I did it: I decided last year that I would become a vegetarian. It was really easy seeing that many people in my family -at the time- were really accepting. Some ... not so much. I begged and pleaded -I don't recommend this- and they finally gave up. After about 6 month, I ate some meat on accident. I wasn't paying attention to my food, and I ate some meat.

By the way, there are many different types of vegetarian. Find one that suits your dietary needs more.

Lessons & tips: NEVER give up. Persevere. That's they key word. Persevere. It's just a week, it shouldn't be very hard. If it is, listen now. I'll try to help you.

1.You should separate meats from everything else in your fridge.
2. Think about what you may want to eat the next day, plan a mental or physical menu. If there's meat involved, either take it out or don't eat what you have planned on.
3. Make what you plan on eating the night before so that you don't forget to take the meat out or so that you don't have to make the meat-free dish right before you eat.
