How I did it:

1. Immediate Priorities.
   The mundane doesn't require a lot of effort. Plan that to your advantage. While your still groggy, first thing in the morning, accomplish everything that you need to get done. Save your strength for when you really need it.
2. Focus on 1 thing at a time.
   Complicated expectations can be simplified. Gather everything you need by listing and have it on the ready before you start. Sort things out into categories, systematically get through it. Do it right and avoid burn out.
3. Music is relieving.
   Gather songs that have no lyrics and create a playlist. Format it so that it can be automated and play when stressed, angry or overwhelmed.
4. Always make time to take care.
   The body is a machine. It needs to be refueled, repaired, cooled down, idle, warmed up, active, hydrated and cleaned.
