How to learn to program by ghammatx

"Program is just a new way of thinking and solve problems"

How I did it: I began to solve little and very simple problems. Once I was familiar with all the conditions, variables, loops and functions I evolved to more elaborated problems. 

The clue is to take it step by step, and keep motivated :)

You can find books or some tuto's on the net for every programming language ;)

Once you get good programming skills you can easily learn other language without much trouble.

Resources: To acquire good coding techniques you need to begin with a good programming language. I think "C" is the best beginning language.

Choose a good compiler, mine is Codeblocks: has a good compiler and debugger ;)
