How I did it: I had run a couple other 5ks a few years ago. THis was the first one I've run in since my knee has stopped hurting. I felt really good running this one, although my time leaves a lot of room for improvement. I don't have the official time yet, but according to my watch, my time was about 51:30.
Now my goal is to improve my time running 5 k and possible run a 10K later this summer.
