How I did it: I set aside the last few minutes of every day before bed time to do some of my physical therapy exercises. I made no excuses considering that I made this a personal challenge. If I failed the personal challenge of doing physical therapy every day for 30 days, I would be forced to give up my favorite Websites for a week.  That was a pretty darn good incentive (=
