How to lose weight
How I did it: I stopped drinking coffee and soda... Also i cut back on sweets and smaller portions of pizza , pasta and rice, ect... I did lots , lots of walking. Walking is one of the exercises. You don't have to wait for someone else to finish using this or that. You can do it most anywhere, even inside... You really don't have to cut out much . For me i figure i use to overdo them and it was easier to eliminate them.
Lessons & tips: Stick to it . It will make you healthier and maybe happier. Maybe you can find something that really enjoying doing so it won't seem hard.
