How to go to the gym at least twice a week
"Stronger and having more stamina."
How I did it: I just committed to going to the gym on my days off at the very least. I found that it was pretty easy to go at least twice, if not three or four times a week, depending on my schedule. It helps that my gym is a ladies only gym, so I don't have be self conscious about working out in front of guys.
