"Coffee and 43things"
How I did it: When I told my fiancee that I think I have developed a "morning routine" (never really thought of the concept before I saw the goal on 43t), he asked me "Why would you want to have a morning routine?".
A fair question, and the answer is - I'm not sure, but it feels good, like a constant that makes the beginning of my day happier and fills me up with positive energy to last through the day.
My morning routine began about 2 months ago, since A. started working, so I started having alone time in the mornings (during work days, routine is different when we're together at weekends).
- we wake up at 7 am
- make coffee
- watch morning TV program to see the weather and traffic situation for the day
- he goes to work around 7.30 am
- alone time begins!
- continue sipping coffee and cruising around 43t for a few hours, writing, cheering, reading (this really is the part that fills me with positiveness) (plus some discount sites, fb, etc, but I think 43t is dominating at the moment)
- eat fruit
And then my studying begins, with many, many breaks and visits to internet (much more concentration is needed).
