where do I get a ball?

How I did it: Get a ball that's the right size for you. You can find sizing charts online.
Don't give up your desk chair right away. You'll need to ease into using the ball.
The first day, sit on it for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. Do that for a week or so, until the hour goes by without you thinking "damn this stupid ball hurts my butt and back."
Then up it to 2 hours twice a day, etc. It will probably take about 2 months to get to the point where you can comfortably spend a full work day on the ball.
It's so worth it!
