"I take a little time everyday to read a page or two."

How I did it: I've been taking time everyday to read .  I steal time an extra 5 minutes in a parking lot, before bed or while laying with my kid (he is also reading).  

Lessons & tips: You can find 5 minutes anywhere.  Carry your materials with you.  Read things you love.
