How to appreciate what I have
"Writing really helps put things in perspective"
How I did it: Start a project here and stick to it:
Reflect back every few weeks or so. It really helps keep track of the little things in life which make it wonderful.
Lessons & tips: If you don't write it down, the little things are taken for granted. Somehow writing is more involved than photography etc. This makes you feel more connected. Photos are good, but should never substitute writing.
