How I did it: I feel like this particular combination of things helps me: kinesiology, chiropractic care, acupuncture, a daily deluge of vitamins, working out, at least one big meal of all vegetables each day, and SLEEP! Good friends and lots of laughter help too.
Lessons & tips: At least once a day eat a big plate of salad full of a variety of veggies, a stir fry with tons of veggies and brown rice and/or a quality veggie juice beverage.
