How to stop caring what other people think of me by abigail2004

"It's sad how people are so willing to tell you what to do or what they think of you, but aren't willing to help you..."

How I did it: I realised that people are nothing but a bunch of paradoxes. They project their insecurities and fears onto you and make it seem as if though, you're the problem....

I realised following people's criticism became far toconfusing. One person said this, whilst another said something else...who could I listen to? 

People's opinions and words are fickle, just harmless chatter used out of sheer boredom or complacency of one's own life.

Lessons & tips:

  1. Don't take advice from people who aren't willing to invest in the outcome
  2.  Spend time with people who have your best interests at heart
  3.  Value your opinion first and foremost
  4. Be about your business ; don't entertain foolishness. That shows you care way more than you do
