How I did it: I can't even being to explain how I completed this goal. I don't know how I did it. Ive just been spending a lot of time thinking about the things that bother me most and the more I think about it, the more silly those things became. I just started to realize that theres no point being annoyed/irritated or mad over dumb thing. It took me some time but it was something I was able to overcome.
Lessons & tips: Be patient with yourself. There was plenty of times I wanted to get mad about dumb things but I just took some deep breaths and counted to ten and tried to push it out of my mind.
