How to exercise more
How I did it: So basically all throughout college I've been pretty lazy. I've tried exercising several times but never really continued. Now I've set up a schedule that works for me - that's what is most important. It needs to work for you and around your current commitments.
Lessons & tips: Combine with healthy diet for maximum effect. I love honing my cooking skills by trying out new healthy recipes that I've thrown together. Healthy doesn't have to be yuck. Feel so much happier as have had mild depression at various points in my life!
Resources: MYSELF - you have to motivate yourself! Maybe exercise with a friend if you prefer, I personally don't like this. Also I use a Ministry of Sound fitness DVD and the girls on it have really toned abs so makes me work harder as want to achieve them ;)
