How to weigh 138 lbs by June 24th 2012
"slimmer, healthier and prettier"
How I did it: I cut out starchy carbs, alcohol, sugars and processed foods from my diet.I also looked only for recipes and meal ideas as this was a pretty drastic change for me. That being said, I see this more as a lifestyle change, I feel much better about my health and my food choices.
Lessons & tips: The low energy period in the first 2 weeks eventually fades, and then energy levels soar. So stick with it!
A surprize bonus was that my skin cleared up around the same time too; i usually have a couple of zits at all times, but my skin is now clear and glowing. I haven't had skin like this since before i was a teenager
