How to learn to draw
How I did it: I took a drawing class at university and worked really hard at it. I put in a lot of extra time into the assignments. I also took a lot of risks and tried working with low light to challenge myself.
Lessons & tips:
- Draw from life
- Work hard and don't get frustrated
- Take risks
- Have fun!
Resources: I worked with Loomis' Fun With A Pencil outside class to get some basic figure drawing. I drew from life most of the time and I think that is the most important thing.
