How I did it: It's something you do daily, relentlessly. It's easy to lose it with one slip. It's also a never ending quest, every day is a new beginning. After so many years, it becomes something ingrained. I am taking this off the list because it's something I do anyway, consciously or unconsciously. Want to trim down my list to only those that I need to focus on.
