How I did it: It is a recipe that was on the Sunday paper, I saw the picture and I just said 'I've got to cook this for my sister'. So, the cake itself isn't that mysterious or innovative; it was a very regular cake with milk, flour, eggs and sugar, but the thing is that you use colorants (I used only three colors because I wasn't sure if the result would be nice, which actually was!, but 4 or 5 different colors can be used). You have to divide the mix into 3, 4 o 5 bowls, add just a little bit of colorant in each, and then you do this: you add the first part in the centre of the cake pan, then the second color in the middle of the first, and so on. About 45 minutes in the oven, and then you have a beautiful rainbow cake!
