"A lot of work but worth it!"

How I did it: Weight Watchers all the way. I can eat any food I want as long as I'm willing to budget for it. It's a good life lesson in that sense, makes you think about what you really want and what is worth the "points" . I really recommend weight watchers, it's not a fad diet and you don't have to cut out any food groups. The weight loss is small, but it's real weight loss and a HEALTHY way to lose. I;m still about 6 pounds "overweight" according to BMI so that is my next goal, be within "normal" BMI. 'Tis exciting. We'll see how I do.

don't drink your calories!
Find healthy low points foods that you really enjoy and use those as your treats.
Eat fruit when you need a snack, 0 points and delicious!
