How to exercise more
How I did it: I joined a local bootcamp that meets in a park. I think you have to join something or it will fizzle out. I got a couple of friends involved and made specific days that I would go and not go.
Lessons & tips: Remeber that it is a life time goal. Find fun ways to get exercise! Go for walks, get a bike, find a cool trail, find a mountain, get a dog, join a gym and meet ppl in the classes, swim, play sports- I love softball! And do all this inbetween workouts. Get a trainer for a little while, its worth it!
Stick with it long enough to see results. Set goals and give yourself TIME. I gave myself one year, three days a week for 45 min of heavy working out, make yourself sweat!
