How I did it: I made this way more complicated in my head than it needed to be! I had a load of inspirational pictures saved on my laptop but never got round to printing them. I have a box filled with pics and objects I find that I like so I pinned some up one day. There's only only 5 pictures but each reminds me how to maintain a good mood and reduce depression. They remind me to: walk, eat healthy and appreciate nature.

Lessons & tips: don't over complicate it- just get stuck in.
