"So refreshing; I'll never go back!"

How I did it: I got a 22oz water bottle, and I fill it three times a day. I drink a lot while I work out at the gym (usually one whole bottle) and the rest during the rest of the day. I quit drinking soda at work and am now drinking water instead.

Lessons & tips: Get a good water bottle, a filter (if necessary) and keep track.
