How I did it: I tried to notice what made me happy in any given day. Then I tried to remember what made me happy in any given day, so I could write it down later. I didn't stress too much that I wasn't doing it every day because I was doing it often enough.

I think it could clarify a lot of things for people if they rated different areas of their life every day, and then looked at the end of every month to see what made them happy, and what areas of their life were suffering.
It could help us to make changes, and to quit pretending about some other things.

I’ve already started making a point of keeping my kitchen cleaner so I can cook more since food is my #1 everyday happy thing, & that’s just one example.
