How to identify 100 things that make me happy (besides money) by christie_90

"A really great thing to do. I may see if I can make it to 200."

How I did it: The first few things were easy to note down but after a while it became harder. This gave me a chance to sit down and truly think about what does make me happy. Now if im ever feeling down I can look back over this list and remind myself how much I appreciate life and everything in it.
