How to lose 30 pounds
How I did it: Well it was a combination of things. The first was juicing. I watched the documentary Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and decided to try a seven day juice fast. Juicing is when you make fresh juice from veggies and fruit with a juice extractor. I lost about seven pounds from doing that. After those seven days I started eating a lot more fresh veggies and fruits during the week and I continued juicing. My fridge was packed with fresh produce. I also put myself on a consistent exercise schedule that I follow weekly. I give myself the weekend for cheat days but still try to include healthy foods with it too. I did a couple of juice fasts and continued to eat mostly healthy foods during the times in between. Now it's just a way of life. My fridge is still packed with produce, I'm juicing, eating healthy overall and I'm committed to exercising weekly. It's a priority now, no matter what is going on. I'm also coaching others to do the same. I have loss around forty pounds total and I'm keeping it off! :)
Lessons & tips: Make it a priority in your life and stay consistent with it. Do it even when you don't feel like doing it or even when you feel like you've messed up. Just keep going! Stay committed to being fit and eating healthier.
