How to things to do Today
"A kick up the .. to get things done."
How I did it: With my A4 writing pad to hand i'd write a list of everything i wanted and needed to do. I got into the habit of doing this at the beginning of every month. The list would end up huge so i'd put them into categories like home, work, fun then pick 1 or 2 things from each category to make a daily list.
Lessons & tips: Writing things down helped me to first remember, gave me motivation to do and satisfaction in ticking things off leading to a cycle of being productive and feeling a positive sense of achievement.
